EXCLUSIVE: Iñaki Godoy, the 19-year-old lead of the next Netflix series A playsigned with M88 for representation.

Arriving on the streamer on August 31, the show created by Matt Owens and Steven Maeda is a live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s 1997 manga series of the same name. Godoy stars as Monkey D. Luffy, a young pirate captain who sets out with his crew to reach the mythical treasure known as ‘A play‘ and get the Pirate King title.

Godoy was most recently seen in the Netflix series The imperfect, centering on flawed superheroes who must navigate their newfound abilities while facing personal struggles and an impending threat to humanity. He is also best known for his role in the streamer’s Spanish-language drama series Who killed Sarah?following a man’s relentless pursuit for justice while investigating the mysterious death of his sister and the dark secrets he uncovers.
