If your Google Pixel Fold shows up in the coming days and the first thing you do is work hard enough to wall it up, you can bring it back to life thanks to newly released factory image files. Google provided us with the first set of Pixel Fold images this morning, and it’s the perfect time since today is the launch day of the Pixel Fold.
We love sharing this moment with every new Pixel launch because it usually marks the first day of a device’s life, provides some security if you screw up your new device in terms of software, and confirms the codename we used. months.
Google has listed the Pixel Fold on its factory image and OTA files page as “felix” – yes, that’s the codename we’ve known about since at least last September. Seeing a device launch knowing that the 9-month-old report was correct is always nice. It also shows us that Google can change its mind about devices or replace them with newer builds and ideas, which Google confirmed happened with the current Pixel Fold. Felix was not the original Google foldable device.
Regarding the images posted today, we have 3 builds available, one of which could be a day one update. Here they are:

Once you receive your Pixel Fold, feel free to check its software version. if you are using TD3A.230203.070.A1, you may have an update available for build TQ3C.230605.010.C1.
