This romantic thriller is so predictable! discovers Namrata Thakker.

If you are planning to check out Nikhil Mahajan’s directorial project I love youhave no expectations.

Even if the trailer is captivating and interesting, the film has nothing to offer. Neither the script nor the performances hold your attention for long.

Rakul Preet Singh plays Satya Prabhakar, a successful professional who becomes engaged to her friend and colleague Vishal (Akshay Oberoi) just before heading to her hometown to celebrate Diwali with her family.

Her good friend and colleague RO aka Rakesh Oberoi (Pavail Gulati) will also fly to Delhi along with Satya.

But no one makes it to the airport as Satya is stuck alone in her office, which by the way looks modern and futuristic but has no employees.

Satya tries to contact Vishal but fails.

She manages to reach RO, who immediately comes to her aid.

RO and Satya are stunned to find its driver dead.

Within minutes, Satya makes the connection and realizes that RO is not what he appears to be.

But it’s too late and she’s his prisoner now.

Will Satya escape?

Given how predictable the plot is from the first frame, it’s not hard to guess.

The creators do not waste much time solving a puzzle.

None of the characters have a backstory, especially RO acting like a maniac. It’s hard to understand why he is the way he is.

Also, it’s puzzling to see how easy it is for him to kill people.

Rakul Singh doesn’t manage a strong performance. She looks pretty, but the expression on her face isn’t right.

As a creepy stalker, Pavail Gulati tries to take the role as seriously as possible. Unfortunately, the boring screenplay and poor execution let him down.

Akshay Oberoi barely has screen time and fails to impress.

Since the film is only an hour and a half long, it won’t test your patience.

Quiet, I love you is predictable and unforgettable.
