You’re not the only one. People who would never dream of looking at a photo of themselves for more than a few seconds report an inability to look away from their own face floating on the screen during virtual classes or PTA meetings. Turning off the self-view seems like an easy solution to this, but it might not be the right one. (From 2021)

  1. Because looking at someone else’s face for prolonged periods of time is weird and off putting

  2. I can’t look at myself and need to look directly at person speaking 😬 I guess I’m weird???
