Indian students wishing to start a course in the field of engineering can now apply for a scholarship worth £3,000. The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow is offering scholarships to international students who will join postgraduate taught and postgraduate research courses during the 2023-24 academic year.

The University of Strathclyde is offering scholarships for Indian students joining the Faculty of Engineering

Interested students can apply on the official website of the university strath.ac.uk.

Students applying for a postgraduate course will receive a scholarship equivalent to a reduction of 15% of their tuition fees, which will generally be 3,670. Applicants for a postgraduate research degree will receive a scholarship equivalent to a 15% reduction in tuition fees for each year of study.

Additionally, applicants for a postgraduate research degree can apply year-round for the scholarships.

The deadline for applicants applying to take a taught postgraduate course in September 2023 is 18 August 2023.

This scholarship is available for the following courses: Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Engineering Design, Manufacturing and Management, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Ocean Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Product Design, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Renewable Energy, Marine Engineering and Engineering.

To be considered for the Faculty of Engineering International Scholarship, applicants must have a 2:1 (or equivalent) in their undergraduate degree.
