Keeping track of Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro leaks can be tricky knowing that each phone won’t arrive for months. Leaks always start early with Google products, and sometimes the story changes from one leak to the next. In the latest infodump, we get a list of Pixel 8 Pro specs that match the previous infodumps and should be checked.

The Pixel 8 Pro information we’re about to talk about comes from Yogesh Brar on Twitter, which previously leaked the list of Pixel 8 specs and has been in the information game for a while now. While nothing has been confirmed at the moment, it’s at least worth considering at the very least for Google’s next big phone.

According to this report, Google will once again include a 6.7-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. We’ll get the Tensor G3 chip (rumored before), 12GB of RAM in all models, and a choice of at least 128GB and 256GB storage. I would be shocked if Google didn’t release a 512GB model.

The rest of the specs are said to include a temperature sensor (which we knew about), an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner (we didn’t know), a 4,950mAh battery with 27W charging, and a triple rear camera setup. This camera should have a 50MP primary sensor with a 64MP ultra-wide and 48MP telephoto lens. This is all in line with this previous Pixel 8 camera report.

The only elements here suggest an October launch and Android 14 as software, and they both make sense. Google released the phones in October since they launched the Pixel line, and they usually ship the latest version of Android out of the box.

As a reminder, the Pixel 8 Pro sounds like a true flagship with a weird temperature sensor that Google will hopefully come up with out of the blue. However, we really like these renders, as well as these real life photos – those round corners got me ready.
