Latest Technology News: Realme C51 set to launch in India with Mini Capsule Notch

JE Technology Office: After launching the Realme C53 in India, the Chinese smartphone maker is reportedly preparing to launch the Realme C51 phone in India. The handset will likely have a mini-capsule feature in the notch and a flat-back design. Tipster Paras Guglani, taking to Twitter, revealed the information about a possible launch soon.

Considering the photos of the device, it could arrive in two color options: green and black. The smartphones have a two-tone finish like the newly launched C53 on the back. On the front, a U-shaped notch could be present. It may have flat sides with a volume rocker and power button (with fingerprint reader) placed on the right side. Realme C51 4G specs (expectations)

The C51 will likely sport a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. For performance, it might have a UNISOC T612 processor. It can come in only one storage variant: 4GB + 64GB. The internal storage can be expandable up to 2TB via an SD card slot. The Realme UI T edition with Android 13 might be there on the phone.

A 5000mAh battery supporting 33W charging could be present inside. As for the optics, a 50MP main lens and an 8MP secondary lens with a 5MP front selfie shooter have been tipped by Guglani. On the connector side, a headphone jack will probably be included.

Realme C51 price and launch date (expectations)

The tipster claims that Realme C51 is “launching soon” in the country. No price leaks are available. But we can assume that it will likely be placed in the sub-Rs 10,000 price range given the budget appeal of the ‘C’ series smartphones.
