  1. Desk light is unflattering because all the flaws and dark areas show, looking like a weird chiaroscuro painting 😢😢

  2. Whotf has that amount of time to only stare at them when on a video call? If i’m not engaging in the call, i turn my camera off, or i’m just not looking at the screen at all. If i’m having a talk with someone, i’m looking at them and focusing on listening and thinking throughout the conversation, not staring at myself non stop. Like everyone i take a peak at myself, but don’t constantly check how i look, i wouldn’t be able to speak in logical sentences if i would

  4. Would love to be able to minimize my own preview but keep the camera on to participate. It’s a very simple concept to execute, must be a reason they haven’t yet.

  5. I guess this is one of those scenarios where being #asd Is huge win. This is not an issue for me and I cite a thousand times over for video calls over real life

  6. If looking at yourself is wrecking your self image, you’ve already got problems. But sure, blame it on the software 🙄 meanwhile the rest of us dgaf.
