Megyn Kelly once again took aim at Disney — “one of the biggest problems in America’s awakening” — on Tuesday, this time lambasting the studio’s upcoming live-action adaptation of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”

Going off on a leaked unofficial set image from the movie featuring ‘West Side Story’ escape Rachel Zegler, the conservative media personality even threw ‘Game of Thrones’ Emmy winner Peter Dinklage into the fire cross. She partly blamed him for Disney’s apparent decision to diversify its titular “midgets” with unspecified magical creatures of varying sizes, races, and genders.

“Peter Dinklage, probably the most famous little person in the world, had come out and called it a ‘spooky inside-out story’ last year, and that’s when Disney announced that they were going to replace the dwarfs,” Kelly said on her “Megyn Podcast Kelly Show.” “So good work, Peter! You made all your money, became America’s most famous midget, and then ruined the acting roles that were available to six other midgets who just want to work as paid actors like you did.

(Kelly pointed out that there appears to be a small person included in the magical creatures in the leaked image.)

On Friday, the Daily Mail obtained unofficial set footage of Disney’s upcoming live-action ‘Snow White’, released under the title “EXCLUSIVE: Snow White and the Seven… Politically Correct Companions?” The studio initially denied the footage was authentic, then backtracked and said “the photos are from production but are not official photos.” The daily beast.

It was previously announced in January 2022 that following criticism from Dinklage and others, the film’s famous “seven dwarfs” would be referred to as “magical creatures” to “avoid reinforcing stereotypes”. But apparently seeing that put into practice in set footage, which featured a stand-in for Zegler’s Snow White for production placement and shot planning, has right-wing Disney fans riled up again.

In a January 2022 interview on Marc Maron’s “WTF” podcast, Dinklage responded to the live-action adaptation, saying Disney should “step back and look at what you’re doing there.”

“Literally no offense to anything, but I was kind of surprised,” he said. “They were very proud to have cast a Latino actress for the role of Snow White, but you’re still telling the story of ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’. Step back and look at what you’re doing there. That makes no sense. You’re progressive in a way, but you’re still doing this fucking backwards story about seven dwarfs living together in a cave. Haven’t I done anything to advance the cause from my platform? I guess I’m not strong enough.
