In case you missed it, the Cannes Film Festival is happening now, and almost all of Hollywood is there. In mixture: Kate Beckinsalewho just walked the red carpet in the coolest nude romper.

Kate rocked the ‘fit at the premiere of The Passion of Dodin Bouffant and it’s pretty much a work of art. The romper has intricate beading throughout with a tie-up chiffon skirt that frames Kate’s seriously sculpted legs. The overall effect is everything: The 49-year-old actress looks super fit and shiny.

Kate has been open about working hard to be strong. She said before women’s health that she started exercising regularly after Michael Bay asked her to lose weight during the 2001s wearing pearls. While Kate said it “didn’t feel good” to be ashamed of my body like that, she ended up falling in love with fitness.

“Now exercise is almost more important to me mood-wise,” she said. “The other aspects feel like a big side effect.”

By the way, Kate doesn’t phone the gym – she gets to work from the start. “The whole hour is work,” said his coach, Brad Siskind. W.H..

Kate has dropped behind-the-scenes photos and videos of her workouts over the years and, phew, they’re intense. Kate focuses a lot on compound exercises that work two or more muscle groups at once, like sit-ups with combination punches. She follows that with cardio intervals that can last 90 to 120 seconds on the rower or VersaClimber, then backtracks through compound exercises.

kate said W.H. that she trains about six mornings a week with Siskind, and that she makes sure to eat well too. This means having protein like chicken or eggs before you exercise. Later meals include salads with radishes, Brussels sprouts and safflower oil; salmon; and crisps here and there.
