Josh Brolin posed nude to make a point about a new project he’s filming.

THE Avengers: Endgame the actor is currently filming season 2 of a television series Outdoor beachin which he plays a Wyoming rancher fighting to keep his land.

Brolin wants fans to know that the new episodes will “take things in a different direction,” and to highlight that, he posted a photo on instagram showing him wearing no clothes – except for a necklace and a cowboy hat.

Outdoor beach season two got a showrunner overhaul when creator Brian Watkins stepped down after the series was renewed in October. Charles Murray, whose credits include Sons of Anarchy And Luke Cagenow oversees the show.

“Prepare a scene for Outdoor beach season 2”, Brolin, 55, captioned the naked photo.

He added: “We are taking things in a different direction now. It’s a changing world and we have to be sensitive to everything. The power of example is everything, so we are examples.

“We’re not supposed to post pictures of the show, but it’s not really during the show, more like lunch outside in the beautiful Santa Fe desert. Thank you @brianbowensmith for documenting our most intimate moments on set.

Brolin’s wife, Kathryn, replied, “Oh I thought they wouldn’t release the poster until later this year!!”

Outdoor beach debuted in April 2022. Brolin stars in the series alongside Imogen Poots, Lili Taylor, Lewis Pullman, Will Patton and Schitt’s Creek starring Noah Reid.

The series is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Brolin recently says he “still owes” her Jonah Hex co starsincluding Megan Fox and John Malkovich, for recruiting them to play in the flop.

The actor will next be seen in Dune: part twoslated for release in November.
