John Cena regrets the animosity between him and Dwayne Johnson during the WWE era.

Along with Dave Bautista, who bid farewell to the Marvel Cinematic Universe after nine years this monthCena and Johnson are two of Hollywood’s greatest passing success stories.

However, during the last episode of Happy Sad Confused podcast, the suicidal squid The star told host Josh Horowitz that a real beef materialized after “The Rock” gave up his life in the ring.

Recalling a memorable Wrestlemania matchup, Cena said, “Instead of going, ‘Hey man, I’d like to try and do this thing to reconnect you and maybe we can collaborate and really make it big. ‘, I was just like, ‘Eh that, I’m calling this guy. It’s a moment. You gave me an opening. I’m going to break down the door.”

“I understand why he got upset.”

THE x fast The actor went on to add, “I just got selfish and wanted a main event marquee match because it would improve what I thought was the business. It was short-sighted and selfish. But it worked at the expense of two people who communicated and almost put him in danger.

“There was a time when there was a lot of bad vibes between us and rightly so.”

Luckily, the two killers ended up working things out, with Cena visiting Johnson’s WWE locker room right after they were dusted off to explain his motives.
