In June 2022, amid ongoing Hawaii scandals and kidnapping allegations, a Massachusetts relative obtained a protective order preventing Miller from contacting their 12-year-old non-binary child, alleging that Miller behaved inappropriately around them. On June 30, after the the protective order has been lifted by the presiding judge in the case, Miller issued a statement on instagram which obliquely accused the child’s mother of “unfairly” using the courts to harass them, indirectly calling her “manipulative and destructive”.

“Protection orders are meant to keep people, families and children safe who are at risk,” Miller wrote. “They are not intended to be used as weapons by those seeking fleeting tabloid attention or fame or some kind of personal revenge when there are people who really and desperately need these services.”

Miller then chastised the media for “recklessly [spreading] misrepresentations” and urged reporters to “take the time to find the facts, rather than chasing the clicks.”

Although the protective order has been lifted, Miller’s feud with a New England mother is far from the only disturbing story about the actor circulating. Last year, Miller announced that he would seek advice for “complex mental health issuesand apologized for their “past behavior” – for example, several criminal charges in several US states for burglary, assault and disorderly conduct, on which Miller has got away with it slightly.

the flash conspicuously avoided using Miller himself during the film’s press tour, but the star inevitably arrived at his world premiere on the red carpet last month with vague comments about their behavior. In remarks to the pressMiller thanked “the thousands of artists and workers who made this film, all those who supported us in our lives and in the world. And all those who supported me in my life and in the world throughout throughout this trying and beautiful decade.

One can only wonder why DC hasn’t recast Miller in THE Flashespecially after putting on a great show taking a loss on other projects that were significantly less burdened with toxicity, like the apparently never seen bat girl movie. What, bitter? We? No chance.
