Latest Kerala Local News: Basketball: Kerala set to host Jr NBA for 10th season in ar

Kerala is set to host the Jr NBA (National Basketball Association) program for the 10th consecutive season. The Girideepam Bethany Central School in Kottayam will host the inaugural event on July 24. The Jr NBA events will take place in 14 Indian cities.

Jr NBA will then travel to the Kochi Regional Sports Center where basketball development clinics and tournaments for youth, coaches and teachers are scheduled to take place on July 27.

Additionally, 3v3 tournaments will be held in Girideepam and Kochi on July 26 and 27 respectively. The Assisi Vidyaniketan in Njarackal will host 3v3 events on July 31st and August 1st.

The organizers have announced that 3v3 tournaments for the U-12 and U-14 will take place for the first time. A national championship will be held in Delhi in September.
